This is nationwide remote help across the United States. We meet on Discord, Zoom, or TeamViewer. We do not operate a drop-off shop. You stay with your machine.

Sessions are 1-on-1, weeknights only: Monday–Friday, 6–10pm Central. Starts every 30 minutes. Last start is 9:00pm CT. No Saturday. No Sunday.

What we will touch: Windows PCs, Windows setup, malware, performance, hardware-upgrade guidance, PC-build consultation, and stream setups (OBS, Discord, first streams).

What we will not touch as the product: Mac, Linux, Steam Deck, or consoles. No drop-off. No queue. One problem per booking.

The free wizard — a short click-through checkup — and the guides stay free. When you want someone on the call, you book a real person, pay the $30 hold plus tax from your ZIP, and leave knowing what we actually did.
