- Mac, Linux, Steam Deck, consoles — we don’t take those.
- Drop-offs in New London. We don’t have a counter.
- A guaranteed miracle. A booking is time on the call, one problem.
- Saturday, Sunday, or daytime live sessions. Weeknights only.

I’m Dustin. If you book, you’re getting me — not a ticket, not a call center, not someone reading a script. Pulse PC is a one-person shop in New London, Wisconsin. I work weeknights, remote, on Windows PCs across the country.
I get on Discord, Zoom, or TeamViewer and we look at your actual screen. You stay there. You type your own password. When we’re done, I’ll tell you what I changed so you’re not lost the next time it happens.
I keep hours in the evening because that’s when people actually need this — a PC that died, a build that won’t start, a stream that won’t go live. One problem. Honest about what I can and can’t do.
