HELP · STREAM
First Twitch stream
A first live does not need a second PC or a $400 overlay pack. It needs a key that stays private, one scene, and a test you actually watch back.
This is nationwide remote help across the United States. We meet on Discord, Zoom, or TeamViewer.
- Twitch account, 2FA on. Stream key goes only into OBS → Settings → Stream. Never into Discord. Reset it if it has been in a screenshot.
- OBS from obsproject.com. Run Auto-Configuration. Pick Twitch. Use your real upload on Ethernet, not a guess. Encoder: NVENC if you have NVIDIA, else AMD AMF or x264.
- One scene: Game Capture (or Display Capture if the game is weird), webcam, mic as its own Audio Input. Overlays can wait.
- Three-minute test. Start Streaming, stop, watch it back. If your face is dark and the game is loud, fix that before you post the link.
- Chat can be a browser window. You do not need a second PC for night one.
What Pulse will do
Sit through first-live setup: OBS, the key, audio, and a test. Stream / first live is $75–90/hour. Rate at booking is binding. The $30 hold is still the first 30 minutes; remaining time uses that rate.
What Pulse will not do
We will not grow the channel, promise affiliate, or paste your stream key into chat. We will not treat Kick/YouTube branding as a different product — the same OBS path applies — and we will not do consoles as the product.
