What you pay

Everyone pays $30 to book. That covers the first 30 minutes. If we go longer, you pay the hourly rate for the extra time. Sales tax for your area is added. No monthly fee. No surprise invoice after.

  1. Everyone · to book

    $30

This is the first 30 minutes on the call. You pay it when you pick a night. If we fix it in ten minutes, you still paid $30 — that’s the minimum. If we stop at 30 minutes, you don’t owe more.

  2. Your PC already exists · extra time

    $60 / hour

The computer is already built. It won’t turn on, it’s slow, a virus, Windows is a mess, Discord or a stream won’t work. We join your screen and fix that one problem.

    Example: 30 minutes = $30. A full hour = another $30 (so $60 total before sales tax).

  3. You’re buying parts · extra time

    $75 / hour

You don’t need the whole PC built on the call. You need to know if the parts work together — case, power supply, “will this turn on?” We go through the list with you.

  4. You’re building it tonight · extra time

    $90 / hour

The box is open. Parts are on the table. You’re putting the computer together while we’re on the call. We stay until it turns on. That’s why this costs more than a parts list or a repair.

You pick the rate when you book. It doesn’t change mid-call. Sales tax for your area is added to whatever you pay.
